Meetings are held every third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 PM. The agendas for meetings are posted on the Secretary of State's Office website (www.state.ri.us), at the Glocester Police Station, and at the Chepachet Fire Station.

The Annual Meeting is held on the second Saturday of July. This meeting is open to the public, but voting is reserved for registered voters of the Chepachet Fire District.

The Chepachet Fire Station is accessible to people with disabilities. If you are in need of the service of an interpreter, please notify the secretary at (401) 568-5200 no less than 72 hours in advance of the meeting date.
